Ofis katlarında 2.250 m²'lik esnek plan, çekirdek kenara alınarak elde edildi. Cephedeki derin doğramalar yazın güneş yükünü %34 azaltıyor.Pushing the core to one edge freed a 2,250 m² flexible floor plate. Deep facade reveals cut summer solar gain by 34%.
Zemin kat, caddeyle süreklilik kuran çift kat yüksekliğinde bir karşılama holüne ayrıldı; plaza önü kamusal bir cep meydanı olarak düzenlendi.The ground floor opens to the street with a double-height lobby; the forecourt is designed as a small public plaza.
