Eğimli arazi, projenin en büyük kısıtı değil en güçlü verisiydi. Konaklar kademeli oturumlarla yamaca yerleştirildi; her birim kesintisiz vadi manzarası kazandı.The slope was not the project's biggest constraint but its strongest asset. The villas step down the hillside, each gaining an uninterrupted valley view.
Doğal taş, brüt beton ve ahşap; bakım gerektirmeyen, zamanla güzelleşen bir malzeme paleti olarak seçildi. Peyzaj, mevcut ağaç dokusunu koruyacak şekilde planlandı.Natural stone, exposed concrete and timber form a low-maintenance palette that ages gracefully. Landscaping preserves the existing tree cover.
