Mevcut çelik kolonlar ve volta döşemeler korunarak güçlendirildi; yeni asma katlar mevcut strüktüre dokunmadan kendi ayakları üzerinde duruyor.Existing steel columns and jack-arch floors were retained and strengthened; new mezzanines stand on their own feet, never touching the original structure.
Cephedeki tuğla doku elden geçirildi, doğramalar ince profilli çelik serilerle yenilendi. Sonuç: depo karakterini kaybetmeyen çağdaş bir yaşam yapısı.The brick facade was restored and windows replaced with slim steel profiles. The result keeps the warehouse character intact.
